Film blowing is a plastic processing method in which plastic resin is heated and melted and then blown into film. The resin is melted and then blown into a tube film, which is then blown by high pressure air to the required thickness, and then cooled and shaped into a film. Most functional material films are produced through this technology.

To ensure the quality of our products, our equipment is sourced from the world's leading brands, including W&H and Reifenhauser Kiefel, and our raw materials, resins, are purchased after a strict quality control process.
We have our own film blowing line, which is a great benefit for us. Some brands have various functional problems with their packaging, such as leakage of packaging or the bursting of bags, and these problems can be related to materials in some cases. What many brands don't realize is that their products, such as liquid and powder packaging, require materials that are made with special recipes. If not, their packaging can be at risk of bursting or leaking. We would add some functional granules to the blown film to enhance the strength of the material. For some packaging with special functional requirements, we can customize and produce our own materials according to the brand's needs, so we can provide a higher quality product compared to other packaging printing companies.
