Roll stock film:
Usually the roll stock film combines with the self-own packaging machine. Nowadays many companies own the packaging machines, which only require the roll stock material. They could be converted into stand-up pouch, flat bottom pouch, and four side seal bag. Some machines could even package the pet food and convert into the same time, which is very cost-effective.
Three side seal bag (flat bag):
Three side seal bag are usually required when small packs of pet food is needed. Usually the weight is from 10g to 50g, such as the pet food samples in the exhibition, little pet food packs in the paper box and the packs which is designed for being taken on the go. In most of the cases, those are produced for the brand building.
Stand Up Pouches (Doypack bag):
For package weights 1 to 8 lbs., stand-up pouches are the most economical option on the packaging menu. It is wildly used from 500g to 5Kg.
Quad Seal Bags:
If you’re looking for options for economical larger-volume bags, the quad seal bag is a good starting point. This can be an advantageous choice for brands looking to increase their canvas to 4 panels while remaining cost-effective. The quad seal bag merchandises well, typically found lying down on the lower shelves.
Flat Bottom Bags:
This style suits products from 2 lbs. up to 25 lbs. For smaller volumes, the package stands well with excellent shelf utilization. Lying down with its flat bottom facing out for 10- to 18-lb. bags, it provides the perfect face to market your brand, with plenty of panels leftover for feeding and nutritional information.
