VOCs in the printing and packaging industry come from inks, diluents, adhesives, cleaning chemicals and other raw and auxiliary materials, especially in the drying and curing process of printed film rolls, there will be a lot of toluene, xylene and other VOCs volatile emissions. These gases not only harm the atmosphere, but also harm the health of human beings. Therefore, VOCs treatment in the printing industry has become an urgent and important issue for environmental protection.
We are equipped with professional VOCs collection and treatment equipment to help us collect the VOCs from the printing, lamination and aging process, and the VOCs from the printing industry are different due to different printing processes and materials. We use low VOCs or even VOCs-free environmentally friendly inks, adhesives and cleaning agents and other raw materials to reduce the VOCs from the beginning of production and reduce VOCs release. Moreover, we use high-precision printing presses for printing to minimize the wastage of inks and solvents when setting up the machines. The entire printing process is operated in a closed space, and VOCs are collected in a treatment system.
