Resealable Pouch is usually made with a multi-layer composite film structure to balance the requirements of printing, protection and sealing.
Outer layer: PET or BOPP, providing excellent printing surface, mechanical strength and wear resistance.
Middle layer (barrier layer): Depending on product requirements, VMPET (aluminum-coated film), AL (aluminum foil) or EVOH may be used to provide oxygen barrier, moisture-proof and light-protective properties.
