Selecting High-Quality Raw Materials
All the raw materials we use have passed international food safety certifications. Before each batch of materials is stored, they need to undergo 12 indicators tests, including uniform thickness (±2μm), barrier performance, etc. The non-conformity rate is strictly controlled below 0.1%.
Intelligent production process
We have introduced the fully automated production line from Germany W&H. The key process parameters (heat sealing temperature ranging from 180 to 220℃, pressure ranging from 0.2 to 0.3 MPa) are monitored in real time by the PLC system. If the deviation exceeds ±1%, an immediate alarm will be triggered and the machine will stop. Every 2 hours, samples will be taken for 5 tests including sealing strength (≥ 3.5N/15mm) and puncture strength.
Full-process Quality Traceability
The ERP system is used to record over 100 items of data for each production batch, including machine parameters, operator information, etc. The data is retained for up to 10 years. 100% of the finished products undergo high-definition camera appearance inspection and 0.03 MPa airtightness testing, and samples of the same batch are provided for customers to review.
