BOPE with PVA Coating

The PVA coating provides top-notch oxygen barrier performance in a dry environment, effectively preventing the oxidation and deterioration of contents, significantly extending the shelf life of products such as nuts, chips, pet food, and milk powder.

• This is its most core advantage. The entire structure is made of full PE material. The PVA coating is extremely thin and is regarded as a compatible impurity during recycling, ensuring that the entire packaging can enter the PE recycling stream without any impact.

• It successfully solves the industry problem of traditional high-barrier packaging (using aluminum foil, EVOH, PA, etc.) which is difficult to recycle due to multi-material composites. It is an ideal solution for achieving "single-material recyclable packaging".

The BOPE base film provides superior puncture resistance and impact resistance compared to BOPP and ordinary PE, significantly reducing the bag breakage rate during transportation, especially suitable for heavy or contents with sharp edges packaging.

The film has high transparency, allowing for excellent display of the product. At the same time, BOPE itself can be thinned for use, combined with the ultra-thin PVA coating, achieving plastic reduction while maintaining higher performance.
