Vacuum Metalized CPP (VMCPP)

Vacuum Metalized CPP film (VMCPP) is a high-performance film obtained by upgrading ordinary CPP through vacuum aluminization technology. Main Performance Features of VMCPP Film

The performance advantages of metalized CPP stem from its "plastic + metal" composite structure.


1. Excellent overall barrier properties

  • Extremely high water vapor barrier: far exceeding that of ordinary CPP and BOPP, it can effectively prevent the contents from getting damp or drying, significantly extending the shelf life.

  • Excellent oxygen barrier: filling the gap of ordinary CPP and BOPP in oxygen barrier, it can effectively prevent the contents from oxidizing and deteriorating (such as spoilage of snacks, loss of flavor).

  • Complete light-blocking and high UV-blocking ability: the aluminum layer can 100% block light, which is crucial for contents sensitive to light (such as oils, medicines, certain cosmetics).


2. Gorgeous appearance and decorative properties

  • It has a bright metallic luster, enhancing the packaging's grade and visual appeal, meeting the brand's demand for aesthetics.


3. Excellent heat sealing performance

  • It inherits the nature of the CPP substrate, having a low heat sealing and unsealing temperature and excellent heat sealing strength. This enables the aluminum-coated CPP to be directly used as the inner layer heat sealing material for packaging, resulting in good bag-making performance.

  • Compared to the structure of combining aluminum foil (such as BOPP/AL/PE), the amount of aluminum used is minimal, the cost is lower, and the film is softer.
