MCP Substrate
Vacuum aluminized substrates, firstly, require smooth, flat surface, and balanced thickness, as well as proper stiffness and friction coefficient. Second, it should have good thermal performance and be able to withstand the heat radiation and condensation heat of evaporation source. The common substrates for vacuum aluminum coating are PET, PP, PA, PE, PVC etc.

Application:
After vacuum aluminizing, it can be dry and solvent-free laminated with BOPP, BOPET and other substrates for tea, snack food, labeling, pharmaceuticals, etc.
Specification:
Thickness 20-40μm, width 250-2000mm, length 3" (76mm) or 6" (152mm) inner diameter of paper core according to customer requirements.
